Rates published are room and breakfast only. Room only rates are available, please contact hotel. Cancellation of confirmed reservations will be accepted without penalty, if received outside of the cut-off dates outlined below. The hotel will retain one (1) night room revenue if a cancellation is received within a cut-off period – seven (7) days between December 16th 2009 – April 15th 2010 and three (3) days between April 16th 2010 – December 15th 2010. NO SHOWS will be deemed cancellations.
